JOB DESCRIPTION- EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE

Hurix is looking for a passionate human resource professional. The candidate should have the ability to deliver on time within the defined SLA’s, ensure the correctness of data and analyze a large amount of data, ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities while executing on numerous deliverables simultaneously, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our business and HR processes in the first 3 months of your joining.Design, build and share MIS Reports to enable leaders to spot patterns and make more informed decisions.Responsible for all areas of HR Operations viz., onboarding, Probation/Confirmation, Leave and Timesheet Management,

Attendance, Monthly Dashboards, Payroll, Expense Reimbursement, Performance Appraisal and Separation and attrition analysis

Job Requirements:

2 - 4 years of Human Resources experience with MBA in HR or Any UG with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in

HR Generalist/Operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in people and team managementExperience in building new initiatives and processes in HRKnowledge of all HR ActivitiesCritical Thinker and Problem SolverStrong management and analytical skills
