Desired Candidate Profile:

IPCC Group 1 cleared

The work would entail growth and learning opportunities in the following domain:

- Organisational skills for managing projects and teams: The candidate will learn to liaison with team members and provide support to the Division Head and client. Also, the candidate will gain good control over managing timelines for due dates and compliance requirements for Clients.

- Polished communication skills: An understanding and practical exposure on how to interact with key stakeholders including business owners, auditors, CFOs about day-to-day requirements, communicate requirements to the team and address queries proactively.

- Problem solving abilities: Proficiency in consulting with international SMEs , understand their requirements and accordingly reach a solution within the given timeframe.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and concepts: Finalisation and report preparation on a regular and periodical basis along with opportunity to be skilled in taxes, management accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and related concepts.

- Proactive behaviour and ability to take ownership on projects: Gain confidence to take initiatives and actively manage the project as per defined timelines.

- Timeliness: To confidently carry out tasks within a given timeframe and can take responsibility towards ensuring accuracy and completeness of team deliverables.

Stipend:

7.5k in first year

10k in third year

12.5k in third year.
