Export Documentation Executive

Co-ordination with Internal team & Liners for documents & operation process. Bill of Lading releasing Co-ordination with Liners & Co-loaders for documents Sending pre-alert documents & debit note to overseas office. MBL submitting with co-loader & Liner. Transport arrangements for Export container movement Verifying the charges in invoice, with the agreed rates quoted. Documents dispatch to Shipper / Overseas office File closing in timely basis. Documents dispatch to Shipper/Overseas Office Taking care of Ocean Export Operation Assistant Generating invoices for Ex-Works, FOB,DDU,CIF,DDP type of shipments Providing support to customer towards the best possible service Pre-alert Updation to Overseas.Professional Knowledge/Skills requiredSound educational back groundMin 2 years Experience in the Freight forwarding experience.Should possess effective communication & negotiation skillsKnowledge of the CargoWise system will be a definite advantageExcellent working knowledge of MS OfficeHigher Diploma Holder in Logistics Management, Degree or MBA from

a recognized university will be an added qualification.
