Responsible for Handling Accounts Department
Evaluate the company’s performance using key data input..
Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
Preparing reports, budgets and financial statements.
Undertaking financial administration and internal audits.
Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
Supervising a team of accounting colleagues.
Developing and managing financial systems/policies.
Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects.
Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
Creating business strategies to generate shareholder value.
Assisting the company in managing its investment portfolio.
Overall supervision of accounting transactions process
Preparation of Cash Flow Projection statement
Monitoring of Receipts/Payment/Cash/Petty Cash/Journal Vouchers/ Sales/Purchases
Preparation of monthly MIS Reports
Monitoring All Customer and Vendor Account
Preparation of month end Journal vouchers
GSTR-1 & GSTR3B return filing
GSTR-1 & GSTR-2 reconciliation as per accounts and as per GST portal
Responsible for Handling Accounts Department
Payroll Processing
Overall supervision of accounting transactions process
Export documentation
Booking of Debit/Credit Notes
Preparation of monthly P & L and Balance Sheet.
Filling of Return, TDS, Profession Tax and Income Tax
Physical inventory and reconciled it with book and physical stocks
