Facebook Ad Expert

Looking for Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.

· 3-7 years of experience working on performance marketing campaigns, preferably for SaaS/ B2B Product

· Expert-level knowledge of campaigns, Facebook ads, near search display, conversion tracking, reporting, analytics

· Must have already managed monthly campaigns of digital performance and brand campaigns

· Know how to visualise and talk data, and believe that everything can be measured, since what gets measured gets improved

· Experienced or have dabbled in running ad campaigns across platforms

· Have a good understanding of Funnels, Sprints Agile ways of working, Creative Wireframes Marketing Briefs

You would be responsible for

· Understanding of the product, market business metrics and how paid acquisition fits into the overall growth model

· Be responsible for driving results via performance marketing across digital channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Programmatic Affiliates

· Define and execute campaigns on a day to day basis. Own the metric to get maximum ROI out of the budget.

· Planning and Managing campaigns across platforms, social, search, display, email and retargeting networks

· Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mind-set.
