Senior Executive | Audit

Plan, prioritize and perform surprise ATM audit according to the fixed periodic allocation (route plan, cash carry as per loading, cash carrier, switch counter receipt vs physical cash tally) Ensuring process compliance of vehicle, vault, and ATM Perform vehicles audit (Limit of cash amount, lock system, gunman, driver, vehicle documents etc.) Inform to the operations and zonal audit managers (audit HO) about the shortage cases Ensure loading process is done by custodians as per internally defined process checklist Ensure right denomination of loading, cassette tagging, cassette capacity, cash undocking in case of excess, note quality, difference between base and ATM counter etc. Complete individual as well as group audit targets as allotted Coordinate with Route Leader, Branch Manager, Reports team and Call Center for closure of issues case to case basis Prepare periodical audit report for ATM, vault, vehicle on non-compliances points; highlight and share with key stakeholders with accurate details Ensure to check all activities in vault audit e.g. cash receipt, dual custody, sign of both vault officers, check back-dated document, security system etc. Ensure checking all CIT activities e.g. correct scratch card, seal tag, customer signature, denomination and report shortage and issues Take follow-up for closure of un-booked shortages found during audit Train and guide junior auditors
