Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Purchase bills: Bills and excel sheet will be provided update the same into the relevant Accounting software and update in the excel sheet that entries for those invoice has been passed or not. And if there is any query, note the same in the Query sheet in detail.

2) Sales bills: Bills and excel sheet will be provided update the same into the relevant Accounting software and update in the excel sheet that entries for those invoice has been passed or not. And if there is any query, note the same in the Query sheet in detail.

3) Stock: stock entries to be passed for which purchase bills stock items/ order sheet items should be matched with sales bills stock items.

4) Bank book and Cash book: Entries to be matched with the advances, purchases and sales and entry to be passed and put bank description in the narration and not matched account the same in suspense head of accounts.

5) Journal entry: GST transfer entry, TDS entry, Recurring expenses entry to be passed.

6) GST Worksheet: GST worksheet to be prepared with relevant data for GSTR1 and GSTR3B.

7) Reporting Head: Report the work summary and issues/ query to your AM client-wise on daily basis. Work status to be updated to the relevant head.

8) Client calls: Sometimes, if required client handling to be done for query resolving/ books updation.

+) Team Meeting: Should participate in the everyday Team meeting.

General: Pass entries rapidly. Co-ordinate with the team.
