We are hiring Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable for a Holiday booking platform in Madurai -

We are looking for Accounts Receivable Executive / Senior Executive to perform the entire

process of collecting payments from company’s customers. The main responsibilities for this

role include managing invoicing, handling payments and working with collections / cross

functional teams to ensure Accounts Receivable function delivers high quality output to the

business. Our ideal candidate is familiar with accounting procedures and can manage daily

financial transactions end-to-end. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure accuracy and

efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.

Responsibilities: -

Monitor processing of invoices & ensure timely collection of payments.
Conduct credit checks & negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting and MIS reports
Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits.
Ensure high-quality receivables and collection procedures that comply with Tax Laws.
Support Sales and Other cross functional teams on a daily basis.
Ensure accounts receivable processes comply with the accounting principles and
company policies.
Stay updated on industry and legislative changes.
Requirements

Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills along with ability to create and present detailed reports.
Ability to accurately process numerical data & Problem-solving attitude.
Degree in Finance & Accounts with relevant work experience.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
