Position - Production Manager/Master

Location Jaipur

Salary -50K - 65K,

From furniture background knowledge of Leather, Metal, knowledge of casting, electroplating, PVD

A person with experience in managing the production unit of custom high-end luxury furniture cabinets, bags wallets who have dealt in Leather Metal industry. Production planning, setting up production processes, Vendor development, timely delivery, stock optimization would be the key skills required. Prior experience in the high-end custom Furniture manufacturing industry would be preferred

Job Description
• Production planning/scheduling. Setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency.
• Organize production to ensure that goods are produced on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems 4. Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Expansion of the production unit.
• Excellent understanding of wood, various metals, leather, marble, LED and Metal platting.
• Strong Network of vendors across India for Metal, Metal platting, casting, VMC, PVD and electroplating.
• Proven working experience as Production Manager, Supervisor in High-end bespoke furniture industry.
• Knowledge about various crafts with Eye for detail
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
• Machinery Technical Knowledge
• Hands on experience in budgeting and purchasing management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills 8. Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Qualification

Education- Graduate in any stream. Experience- Minimum 10+ yrs in manufacturing industry of leather metal like Furniture/Handicraft/Modular Kitchen etc.
