NOTE: Candidates with Real Estate and Tally Software Experience will be given more preference.

Detailed duties, responsibilities and expectations responsibilities for this position:

Invoice accounting assessment and review
Manage Finance team and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while developing skills through training and leadership
Assist Manager in financial reporting, annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis & accounting costs
Perform research, analysis, customer service and monitoring payment status of invoices
Manage annual audit process with both internal and external auditors
Provide adhoc financial and operational analysis in partnership with business leaders to support decision making
Desired Qualification:

Degree in Accounting / B Com / M Com
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Finance
Must have worked in Tally Software
Good computer and microsoft working skills
Desired experience:

Qualified accountant with around 3 and 4 years related working experiences
Strong analytical skills with a high aptitude for numbers and strong business sense
Positive working attitude, willing to learn with strong work ethics and motivation
Dedication to accuracy and detail while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-driven/motivated and a team player
Salary: No Bar, Negotiable for suitable candidates
