What are we looking for?
Catholic Faith Technologies is hiring for an Account Relationship Manager. The person hired for this role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Catholic dioceses, parishes, and national Catholic organizations utilizing our learning and member-engagement platforms.

Catholic Faith Technologies is a part of the Nelnet Community Engagement (NCE) team. At NCE, we believe in the power of community-minded organizations. We create the tools that drive engagement and insights that organizations need to grow. Our strategy includes delivering customized mobile apps, communication, online giving, and online learning. We help schools/churches (under our aware3 & CFT brands), corporations (under our CD2 brand) & nonprofits engage and grow their communities through technology.

This position is full-time and is inherently fully remote (but if you’re near one of our hubs in Kansas City, Denver, Fort Worth, Lincoln, or Providence and would like to come into an office some days, that's cool too). The salary range for this position is in the $50,000-$70,000 range, depending on experience.

Education:
Minimum of 4-year degree (or equivalent), preferably in business, technology, education or related field.
Experience:
1. 3+ years of professional experience working in sales, account management, or customer service.
2. Experience working in a religious or educational institution, a plus.
3. Experience working in training or professional development preferred.
