Desktop Support Technician

Ours is a leading and fast-growing IT Showroom-cum-Service Centre located at NIBM, Kondhwa, Pune with 35 years experience and goodwill under the Brandname COMPULINE.

We require COMPUTER HARDWARE TECHNICIAN to join our small TEAM TSL as another pillar.
The job entails Customer Support to Individual Home/Office/Small business users, extending to Corporate and AMC clients from Service Centre. Candidate should have knowledge of Troubleshooting, Assembling, Wired/wireless Broadband and Internet Installation, Repairs, Backup/Configuration/Installation of all general software, Installation and Managing Networking, Installation of Desktops/Laptops/Peripherals/Accessories and related activities. Additional relevant knowledge and experience would be added advantage. Knowledge of CHIP/Component Level / Laptop Repairing would be additional merit. Installation/Maintenance of CCTV Cameras would further add to merit.
A minimum experience of TWO years in similar capacity and activity is expected Candidates SHOULD have their OWN CONVEYANCE for field visits [Petrol Expenses reimbursed]. Good communication skills and disciplined, honest and professional attitude towards work is expected.

Merit-based remuneration will be offered to selected candidates and COMPULINE assures a good working environment with performance-based incentives and growth. Starting remuneration would range between Rs. 1,50,000/- and Rs. 2,50,000/- p.a., depending on merit and experience. Please indicate your Monthly Remuneration [Salary] expected.
