Job description for Finance Executive:

Ø Assessing & understanding fund raising needs for the projects

Ø Structuring innovative financial and fund raising

Ø Project term Loans

Ø Underwriting of term loans

Ø Working Capital Bank Limits

Ø Short term / Medium term loans

Ø Preparation of Financial Proposals for funds from Banks (Fund Based and Non-Fund Based) /Private Investors

Ø Preparing and Finalizing Financial Model for the assigned project (both fund based and non-fund based)

Ø Preparation of CMA data / Projections to be submitted with the Banks for arrangement of Term Loans/Working Capital Facilities

Ø Interacting / Liaising with Clients as well as Bank Officials for timely processing of the Loan / Project Finance Proposals.

Ø Responsible for developing Project Financial MIS of all funding & disbursement activities.

Ø Coordination with credit rating agencies for rating of the company.

Ø Coordination with Lender Independent Engineers , Lenders Insurance Advisors for reports

Ø Responsible for developing strong relationships with Bank, NBFCs

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
