MIS Executive

Primary Purpose: Assist Sr Managers to monitor, provide analytics support and coordinate for driving strategic initiatives and manage general administrative affairs.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Primary Responsibility:
• Independent and proactive support of the management in strategic projects and in the operative day-to-day
• Active design of internal and external processes, including optimization and implementation of existing and new processes
• Provide analytics support for data analysis in respective team, tracking trends, etc.
• Manage preparation for presentations with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business delivery teams.
• Advanced analytical and MS skills.
• Strong team player and self-started attitude.
• Well organized, attentive to details attitude.
• Added advantage if you have experience in Data visualization software

Work Relations:

Internal:
• Teams members

External:
• Vendors and Consultants - Liaison with third party vendors and consultants on day to day basis
• Customers – Liaison with Customers on specific transactional issues

Qualification:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in any field of management

Experience:
• 5-7 years’ experience

Expected Competencies:

1. KNOWLEDGE
• Hands on expertise on Microsoft office applications (especially MS Excel), Google Drive, Tally
• Good understanding excel dashboards and interpretation
• Superior interpersonal communication skills as well as proven organizational skills

CTC Range: 4.5 to 5 lacs can be offered
