General Manager | Accounts Finance

Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with funders
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
Information technology

Implementing and Maintaining SAP in all ongoing and new upcoming establishments.
Risk management

Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized
Advise the organization's leadership on appropriate insurance coverage for the organization and the Board of Directors
Maximize income where possible and appropriate
Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate
3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: MD, Executive Director, HODs

External: Vendors, Government authorities, Financial & Legal Firms, External and Internal Auditors.
4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education

Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation is an asset.

Experience

Minimum of 12years of experience.Should be well versed with implementation of ERP, Finance planning and management, Fund Raising, Cost effective initiative and budgeting. Knowledge of Private Equity, IPO would be an added advantage.
