Job Description
Responsible for the office & factory administration
· Recruitment as per the requirement
· Training of the new joiner
· Payroll calculation
· PF & ESIC calculation and taking care of the relevant statutory compliance
· Complaint resolving of the staff
· Attendance monitoring
· Maintain required database
· Responsible for the Admin related work like Mobile & Internet bill payments on time, reimbursement of the expenses
Requirement for the position
· Good communication skills
· Having knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience in HR for at least 2 Years
