Support the daily operations of HR teamMaintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Hiring, scheduling the interviews, calling, follow up with candidatesUse HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee informationTrack employee progress within the onboarding programArranging meetings and maintaining calendarsResponsible for orienting new employees to the organizationAnswer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefitsAssit with payroll processesHands on experience working with MS Office,Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR filesGood Communication skills

Qualification- BBA/ MBA
