Center Manager

Required a young dynamic, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the role of center manager in a Co-Working Space (Workplace/Business Center) in Dehradun.

Job Responsibilities-

1) Taking the responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the center.

2) Managing the Reception-
a) addressing the existing client's queries at the center.
b) addressing the new clients visiting the center and reporting their queries to the CEO.
c) Raising Invoices and following up with clients for payments.
d) Managing other reception operations.

3) New Client Acquisition (Daily Reporting to CEO)-
a) Calling and generating new leads.
b) Sending Quotations to generated leads.
c) Regular follow ups with the leads and closing the deals.
d) Onboarding new clients- doing the requisite documentations.

4) Social Media Content Creation (Daily Reporting to the CEO)- Creating and delivering new content for the social media pages of the center.

Qualifications-
a) Any Graduate.
b) Age not more than 30 yrs.
c) Work Experience Preferred but not a mandate. Freshers can also apply.
d) both male / female candidates welcomed.

Musts-
a) Confident, Self-Motivated and Self Starter
b) Brilliant and Effective Communicator.
c) Fluent English-Speaking Skills.
d) Computer Knowledge of MS Office like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and sending mails.
e) Creative aptitude for social media content creation.
f) Knowledge of Social Media tools like Facebook, Instagram etc.
