Job Description & Responsibilities :
Communicating with US customers & carriers
Generating leads & retaining old customers
Develop sales pipeline of shippers
Providing shipping quotes to customers.
Booking loads/shipments with carriers.
Tracking status of loads/shipments
Collaborating with shippers & carriers to manage scheduled Pickups and drop-offs.
Maintaining accurate records of relevant activities.
Providing proper updates to customers & carriers on status of shipments and assisting with other inquiries.
Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Fresher

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
