Senior E|Commerce Executive

Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms.
Defining and ensure adherence to operational SOP for order fulfillment
Managing and executing promotional campaigns
Implement and utilize analytics to track customer shopping trends, identify assortment gaps and identify opportunities of growth
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues
Work closely with planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Examining sales-related metrics to drive decision making
Manage and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the site experience
Prepare, analyze & publish the MIS reports with key insights in sync to the current strategy and operational parameter.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements -

Preferably MBA in Sales/marketing with minimum 6 years of experience in managing E-commerce websites
Good understanding of e-commerce frameworks with strong customer orientation mindset
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
