Graduate Trainee | Only Freshers

Job Position: - Graduate Trainee - Only BCOM Freshers preferred

Location: - Jharsugada / Lanjigarh

Salary Structure: Fixed- 3.25 lpa Variable- 1.40 lpa

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the Supervisor, assisting other Engineers with projects, conducting research, and drafting reports, planning activities, plant operations, assigned project completions

· Should be adhering to existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.

· Observing health and safety guidelines.

· Time management skills.

Candidate Profile :

· Graduate Trainees Fresh Bsc graduates. 2026 Pass out only.

· Consistent academic career i.e. 60% throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation)

· No backlogs throughout academic career Excellent Academic background

· Good interpersonal skills. Good communication & presentation skills

· Must be open to work across technology, and any domain such as Operations / Maintenance / R&D / QA / QC etc.

Important Note: We are hiring for two locations Jharsuguda and Lanjigarh. Final place of working will be decided on the basis of interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
