Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and write creative copies for engaging social media posts across various social media platforms.
2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original copy, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
3. Build and execute social media strategy through competition research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
4. Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
5. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
6. Collaborate with other departments (sales and marketing) to identify key players and coordinate actions. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO
