- Fixed Salary (5k) Target 15 Sales ( Consider for first 3months up to 10+ Sales) in a month. - above 15 Target gets Incentive per month as per slab.

- Fixed Salary (12k) Target 30 Sales in a month ( For those Experienced Tele Calller Executive expected Higher Salary) in a month.

- Mobile Recharge Self (after 3months, Company Recharge Applicants Mobile (as per Their Job Performance)

- if Target Line is not achieved / Failure for Consecutive 3Months, Company Sac Off the Employment of the Candidature at any Time during the Probation Period of 3 Months.

- No Salary for Candidate if they do not sales in between 3-5 Sales atleast in a Month for Next 3Months (under observation period).

- Zero Sales/ 2 Sales Count as No Salary or ZERO SALARY.

- 3-+ Sales Count as Basic Pay of 2000-2500 as Renemuration payment. (Without full Fill of Target)

- Salary Every Month 10-11 if Candidates Joining Between Date 1-15 of any Month., Salary Every Month Date 2+-30(28-31), if Candidates Joining Between Date 16-31 of any Month.

- Maximum Candidate: 10Nos In one Outlet. - Work From Home Based.

- What we Do? We Send Offer Letter/ Appointment Letter & Office ID Card to applicant Home Address after Completion of One month with Our Assigned Project. Without Completion of Time Application Count as No Employment.

- Minimum Qualification : Class 8+ - 10+ Age : In between 18 - 30yrs old. Location : Home Based/Office at Cachar Assam. Language : English, Hindi & Bengali or Regional Language as Per The Location of Applicant Based.
