Telesales Representative

Job duties of telesales representative include:

Committing to good relationships with the customers.Aiding in increasing the sales for the business.Engaging the customers with questions and queries to make the whole experience of shopping more memorable and fun.Meeting the sales target for the day.Assessing the market and planning for the future strategies of the company’s marketing sector.In the case of any retailer prospect, it must be directed to the field sales sector for future associations with the establishment.Collecting information of the customer’s reviews, requests, and other demands.Capable of managing the stress and rejection during any bad situations with the consumers.Listening and solving the issues presented by buyers.

Responsibilities of telesales representative:

Helping both the company and customer relations to grow and stay strong.Making retail marketing easy and hassle-free for all.Presenting, popularizing the product in the most affable way for it to be accepted.Making calls without any trouble and also dealing with the complaints by the consumer.Taking in orders or requests for the purchaser’s fulfillment within due time.Perform follow-up services with customers to determine & the analysis of the said merchandise.Encouraging relations with the regulars of the company can be quite beneficial and consistent as well.Handling any objections or grievances from the other side in a peaceful manner.

Requirements for telesales representative:

Effective communicator to deal with the consumer’s queries.Good knowledge of using computer-related software for tracking the buyer.Excellent knowledge of English.Diverse knowledge and adaptability to the cultural and linguistic differences of orders.High school diploma of B.A or B.Sc.The capability of engaging the customers in a conversation related to the services provided, using an analogy.Knowing the inside-out about the working of the entire system of telemarketing.Cool-tempered by nature and not getting worked up easily when the receiver of the call abruptly ends it.
