Buisness Development Executive

We are currently hiring International Business Development Executives who can generate sales by converting leads into business. The candidate will handle the lead funnel for Product Development (Web & Apps), Digital marketing, and CRM. The candidate will be responsible for End-to-end conversations with potential clients starting from understanding the requirements, drafting the project scope, pitching and converting the hot leads into sales, price negotiation, and drafting a Proposal/Contract.

Desired Skills

Must have a strong hold and fluency in speaking the native US English.
Must be a good Listener.
Must have the knowledge of the digital marketing and product development industry.
Must have prior experience in handling and converting B2C/B2B leads into sales.
Must understand the prospect's needs, explain our solutions, qualify the prospect, and schedule demos/ meetings to begin the sales process.
Must interact with clients, do assessment of incoming enquiries, coordinate with the reporting head on getting enquiries estimated, create formal proposals for projects and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone and instant messengers.
Must develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration. Responsible for executing overall business plan, lead generation and meeting Monthly Revenue Targets.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
