Select Insurance (Australia) Pty Ltd specializes in various types of Insurance which protects the business against a range of contingencies such as fire, burglary, general property and public and products liability with flexible coverage.

Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience of sales / customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:

Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
Offering professional advice to the clients
Renewing or amending the existing policies for clients
Advising clients on making claims for their policies
Maintaining the documents and having updated records
Arranging insurance cover for clients with insurance provider
Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
Requirements and skills:

Ideally a background in sales in a phone-based environment, but not essential
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
Excellent communication and active listening skills with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Willing to work in Australia time i.e., 4:30 am – 1:00 pm IST
Candidate age: Less than 35 years
Social Media Marketing experience can be an added advantage
MS Office proficient
Required training will be provided at job.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
