Position: US IT recruiter
Location: Pondicherry local
Preferred: Male and Female

Roles and Responsibilities

1.) Have to manage End-to-End Recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.

2.) Freshers or Mandatory Expertise in Hiring if US IT recruiter plus

3.) Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers following up on the interview process status.

4.) Candidate management.

5.) Utilizing social media, job boards, and Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

6.) Closing the position with the given TAT

7.) Good working experience on different job portals and social media.

8.) Working in Night Shifts

+.) No WFH and from day one on-site.

10.) Salary will be based on experience in recruitment

11.) Only Bachelor's no Diploma or High-school
