Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years

We require Process Support Executive Staff for our Pharma Division. Its back end job only. No need to move out side of office. All activities after submit the Quotation & Process for all received orders through Correspondence & Communication. - Need English & Computer Fluency Compulsory. Tally knowledge will be added benefit and preferable.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Lead generation and support. He/ She will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skill set which enables to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Promoting the products

· Churning of data available

· Explain the customers –based on products offers and benefits

· Calling to target customers and explain products details.

· Get the product approval from Clients

· In Time Quotation

· Queries Handling

· Price /Rate verification

· Data Management

· Feedback- mails /phones (communication channel)

· Responsible for identifying customer needs

· Customer follow –up

· He/she will be responsible for entire process from lead generation till forwarding it to process house.

· Preparing Sales Order / Invoices /Quotations

· Order request to be passed on to Process House for manufacturing and dispatch

· Preparing dispatch Planning

· In nutshell, he/she should be bridge between client, Company’s dealers, field officers through good business correspondence and techno commercial telephonic conversation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 2 - 3 years' experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Brand management

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Knowledge of all social networking platforms
