Graduate Business Consultant

Xenerx is a unique startup helping Hospitals optimize pharmaceutical procurement, reduce costs and establish supply agreements directly with Pharmaceutical companies through an e-tendering approach.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a consultant in the Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement team within Xenerx, you would be entrusted with the task of consulting for sourcing and procurement engagements to clients across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Pune & Mumbai.

The responsibilities of a consultant include but are not limited to the following:

· Consulting with clients to understand their objectives and support multiple initiatives/engagements to address specific related business issues that they are facing.

· Data analysis to understand & communicate business cases for initiatives to key stakeholders / clients.

· Supply chain activities to support developing functional capability and execution to ensure sustainability.

Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, networking and relationship management skills and ability to develop strong effective working relationships with internal and client networks

· Proficiency in gathering, managing, and presenting data and analytics.

· Proficiency in MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree preferably BE/B.Tech

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
