Telesales Associate

We are actively recruiting Tele-sales Associates in full time / part time basis.

Products and service to be marketed include leisure / holiday stay-vacation packages for our luxury beach property, non residential events and programmes.

Job Description

Attend to Leads coming from from prospective clients on daily basis and call them, provide information and attempt closure of the lead into a sale.Record the call notes in our CRM system, plan follow ups and do the follow-ups by phone/Whatsapp at the planned date/timings.Secure and confirm sales of products and services.

Job Requirements:

Ability to speak to callers and engage with them for sustaining interest, find out their preferences and pitch the suitable product/service for closing the sale.Very good spoken English and Hindi languages. Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be an asset.Knowledge of MS Office, computers.

Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
