Roles and Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of backend panels of ecommerce marketplaces i.e Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket etc., and our own eCommerce portal

- Manage the catalog and product listing of all the categories of items, updating product data, content specifications etc. on E-commerce portals and marketplaces.

- Handling case logs and end-to-end follow-up on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, etc.

- Verifying shipment with the inventory team and reconciling the same in inventory software.

- Work closely with the digital marketing - content creation, SEO, and ad performance team to improve listings and achieve marketing objectives by driving more visits organically and from paid campaigns.

- Optimize our product listings and all its elements such as product photos, reviews, ratings, FAQs section, and more.

- Keep an eye on competitor prices, promotion strategies, etc., on marketplaces.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces with past experience in or dealing with Amazon, Flipkart, D2C or eCommerce brands experience preferred.

- Structure & process qualitative/quantitative data to draw insights and develop strategies, conclusions, and recommendations.

- Plan and monitor your campaigns very closely & efficiently spend your marketing budget with the goal to maximize Roi and reach.

- Excellent Internet and MS Office knowledge & expert proficiency with word processing, and spreadsheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
