Job Requirement
• Designing and building a reliable and clean code in C, C++, , Logics & Algorithm / Delphi
• Maintaining the automation and quality in Robotics / Artificial Intelligence.
• Developing algorithm design for other high-level languages.
• Doing graphics programming (2D/3D), DirectX, OpenGL, Open CL, OOPS.
• Working with Image processing software to extract or enhance the important information in an image.
• Meeting with the IT and design team to discuss software requirements.
• Identifying bottlenecks or bugs and troubleshooting integration issues.

Job Role
• Designing and architecting Applications in Delphi on Windows/Cloud Environment.
• Design & Development Experience in Delphi 2005 and later versions including XE4/XE5
• Database design
• Database queries, stored procedures (SQL, Oracle, Postgre SQL)
• Strong Technical Design skills
• Hands-on Experience in Developing Windows-based applications using Delphi
• Adhere to coding standards and process/quality standards defined
• Writing automated unit tests
• Strong code review skills
• Good at creating and reviewing design specifications
• Understand current Product Architecture, quickly implement and enhancements and changes needed, by adhering to the architecture and design standards established.
• Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills
• Well-versed with designing concepts and design patterns
• Retail Domain Knowledge
• Good technical knowledge on technologies surrounding Delphi
• Should work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and implement
• Design & develop Proof-of-concepts as required
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills are mandatory
