Having thorough knowledge of CCNA is MUST.

Able to understand the basics of Network

Installing and configuring windows OS

Able to support customer via Remote Desktop, Phone and Email

Able to deal with projects/clients patiently

Adhering to delivery timelines

Able to understand and resolving network issues

Freshers & Experience both can apply

Documentation of client requirements and deliveries

Required Candidate profile

Having thorough knowledge of CCNA is MUST.Should have good understanding of basics of NETWORKGood Communications skillsUnderstanding Customers queries and having an approach towards solutionSupport Need to Be Provided Over Phone, Email, Ticketing Solution & ChatUnderstanding of Windows OS, IIS, SQL is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
