Job Description

Operations executive is a multi-facet post. The tasks are allocated as per the size of the branch. The bigger branches may have separate heads for admin and petty cash, billing and DSR, etc.

But overall the post will have the following responsibilities:

Service planning (FHCS/WP)
Planning and report generation through Icabs
Allocation of jobs to the service team
Billing
Invoice submission/ upload, Revision and CN invoice maintenance, PO follow-ups
Contract renewal and follow up
Office Administration
Statutory maintenance
Attendance, Petty cash, Vehicle maintenance
Vehicle GPS tracking
Handling of the service team, technicians
Maintenance of the service center
Battery stock records, documentation
Client Management - Query resolution, managing escalations
Support Planners as and when required
Requirements

Any Graduate
Minimum exp 2 years in back end
Must have knowledge about MS office
Good communication
