Make posts and videos for social media  Make posts for internal and external communication

 Check and fix alignment and images in reports

 Create visually engaging designs for various creative formats ‒ social media, GIFs, print, web, and Power-points Presentation, etc.

 Obtain input from management, presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions, ensuring designs that meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately

 Have a deep understanding of brand visual guidelines and employ them across online and offline collaterals

 Create and edit motion graphics for video deliverables (product videos, explainer videos, websites videos, etc.)

 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

 Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

 Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with content and HR team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include multiple simultaneous projects

 Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Understand the requirements of the post to deliver appropriate images.

 Coordinate with the various teams for posts and report work  Make attractive and innovative images and videos for posts.

 A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or similar discipline.

 Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

 Expertise and proven graphic designing experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, and Canva.

 Must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

 Self-motivated with a positive attitude and influence on the organization.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
