Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing Amazon, Flipkart, other relevant platform and Social Media
Accounts. Manage E-Commerce platform.
2. Order processing and listing on e-commerce platforms and maintain day to
day reporting.
3. Preparing Order Sheets & Share with our Online Dispatching Team. Ensure
product visibility and availability.
4. Campaign Sponsored Brand & Products in Ecommerce Portals. Participating in
Deals for Growth in Sales (Also, for increase in product visibility).
5. Maintaining Sheets for Returns & Cancel Orders Reports. Social Media
Promotions, Making Posters (Depend on Events & Festivals), Handling Factory
6. Inward & Outwards Stocks and Payment Reconciliations. Keep eye on stock
updates on regular basis
7. Handling Offline Customers queries and outdoor payment collections.
8. Should Be Able To Read And Reply To Mails Promptly.
+. good knowledge of E-commerce marketing trends
10. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by
department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
11. Must have good knowledge of Ms-Excel
