Business Development Executive

We Puja Educational and Welfare Trust are looking for full-time BDE (female only) for the areas of Purnea, Bhagalpur, and Bettiah.

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, Candidates should have strong communication and convincing skills, as well as the ability to work in a coordination with a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel in the entire District for which appointed. (Travel 80%).

Qualification and Skills: -

Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Experience in Education Industry Marketing and/or sales.

Knowledge of Productivity tools.

Fast learner.

Roles: Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Research and identify new market opportunities.

Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers.

Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates with good communication skills from relevant industries are preferred.

Candidate must be open to work on weekends, as he/she may get their week off assigned on a weekday.

Candidates possessing two wheeler will be preferred.
