Responsibilities

Commission-based salary. ( Get 50% of What you bring to the company )
Managing and developing the company's entire E-Commerce business.
Design and implement a b2b & b2c-commerce strategy that is in line with the brand's vision and integrated with the sales approach.
Driving the formation of new product launches, promotional strategies, and internal collaborations with business development and marketing teams.
Take complete responsibility from Ideation to execution of the conversions.
Establishing and executing the marketing strategy in accordance with the overall business goals while achieving a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building efforts and mid-term lead generation.
To make sure marketing initiatives are resulting in profitable acquisitions resulting in track, analysing, and reporting Key performance indicators.
Analyze market trends and drive category leadership in all of the business categories.
Driving development and change, establishing the company's brand, and ensuring we have the people and teams in place to deliver on the ground.
Managing and developing a seller offer strategy to align with objectives.
Qualifications

A minimum of 6 Months of experience in Any E-commerce.
Can Build an eCommerce business from a small base to a significant scale.
Experience in building a digital eCommerce platform (either directly or indirectly).
Strong e-commerce conversion and referral experience.
Commercial as well as strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions Essential Skills.
Proven eCommerce analytical skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Digital tech knowledge and competence.
Ability to deliver and learn.
