Job brief.
We are looking for a project manager who will ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising relevant information.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Project manager qualities:

Proven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google suiteProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Salary: ₹+,504.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
