Full Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:

1) Manage client/Consumer discovery and establish first connect.

2) Institutional marketing that includes Corporate, Colleges, Schools, Government agencies, etc. for exploring options for bulk orders and retail business.

3) Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of our product.

4) Close sales deals with the customer.

5) Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.

6) Explain the products in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training.

7) Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

8) Can prepare business deck, training proposal, and marketing collaterals

+) Can align with various stakeholders of the training and take programs to closure through smooth sail

Traveling:

1) Frequent traveling will be required, both in-city and across India compulsory, and abroad is desirable.

2) SMART will bear Travel, accommodation, and food expenses at its pre-fixed standard allowances.

Requirements:

1) Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local or Area language will be preferred.

2) Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate.

3) Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role.

4) Driving skills and owning a vehicle (two-wheeler ) are a must along with all valid documents and a current license.

5) College, grades, and gender are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn.
