CTC: UP to 2 LPA.

The role of HR cum Admin Executive Following is a list of KRAs for the role,

 Researching different industries and organizations to generate actionable insight

 Understand mandates in totality and source relevant candidates through different sourcing channels

 Conduct interviews using different tools to get the right idea of the candidate

 Guide and mentor candidates through entire interview process

 Good understanding of General functions like HR & Admin

 Good Communication skills.

 Confidence and ability to connect at senior level
