Roles and Responsibilities (Work Location Karur):

Planning and analyzing manpower requirements.
Complete recuritment process for worker and staff level is mandatory
Exit Formalities
should have good experience in IOF and PCB
Having experience in Training and Development
ISO and AS experience is added advantage
Handling employee welfare, employee grivenance
Health and Safety
Labor and Employee Relations
Assisting for team in payroll process and statutory compliance related.
Taking care of general activities in HR and Admin.
Kindly ignore if JD is not suitable.
Requirements:

4-6 years experience in relevant field.
Good Command over English.
Male Candidates are preferred.
