The aggregate academics percentage of students should be 75%.
Job Description
eNest will provide 2 months training in .Net/iOS/QA/React/UX Designs/Azure to B.Tech(CS/IT)/ MCA graduates to help them achieve knowledge at the end of their internship on the following aspect of our business:
Understanding various SDLC aspects with special thrust on architecture design using n-tier architecture along with the frequently used design patterns like MVC/MVVM/Singleton.
Understanding MS SQL/MySQL databases completely along with database optimization techniques performance/indexing/normalization.
Understanding the concepts of Objective C, swift, overall iPhone functionality.
Awareness about the technology world, things like IoT, DevOps, agile methodology.
Understanding business and technology domain of the Organization.
Writing codes or programs to get desired results.
Strong stored procedures knowledge along with query optimization.
Testing and validating software and networking hardware to ensure that the program works correctly under all variables and conditions.
Troubleshooting code or computer programs that are causing errors or inaccuracy in various programs.
Working directly with customers and clients to help them use the software accurately and as intended.
Learning business communication to assist in dealing with 17 global clients from Americas/EU/Pan Pacific.
After successfully completing 2 months of basic training, students need to perform on live projects for the next 4 months to complete their training with eNest.
Remuneration
As a trainee, developers will be paid a stipend of 12K. We shall follow (8K + 4K). We shall release 4K if they join us after 6 months of training.
After the successful completion of training of 6 months, students will be eligible to join as an assistant software engineer and paid a package of 2.40 LPA.
Terms & Conditions
Student’s appointment will not be processed and will be treated as withdrawn if their training performance and overall behaviour are not up to the mark according to the company’s norms.
Students are required to give their consent to a service agreement of 1 years after the completion of training.
