Full Job Description
We are looking for talented and smart Business Development Executives who want to work and excel in a start-up environment.
This role will be focused on new sales opportunities and building a strong relationship with customers. We seek individuals with a great attitude and strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning on who makes the decisions on purchasing.
Contacting the potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Work with management to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products and services.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Communicating with the existing customers and developing Clients' Relationships and helping the management in payment renewals.

For Experience Candidates :
Previous Experience with cold calling
0 to 1 year of experience working in Sales/Marketing.
Experience in the IT Sales is Desirable
Maintaining excellent relationships with all the clients/customers & team members
Comprehensible organizational, analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills; willing to accept responsibilities & take initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills :

For Fresher’s
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Mandate languages – English and Tamil (Other regional languages were added advantage )
Excellent hands-on training in Sales and marketing
Coimbatore based candidates are preferable
Education: B.com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA, BCM, MBA
