Jr. Marketing Executive & Sr. Marketing Executive:

Job location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore,

No of openings: 1 Position each for above mention locations

Qualification: Diploma in PGD-PPT/B.Tech/B.E. in Plastics Engineering

Experience: A minimum of 2 years (For Junior Exec) to 5 Years( For Senior Exec) of proven sales experience in selling Master-batches and Compounds, plastic Commodity, Ancillaries etc.

Salary: 50-75K

Job Responsibility:

· Scheduling Appointments with new clients, presentation about product and price.

· Frequently travel to customer site / plant and identify opportunities Maintain good relations with key personnel in purchasing and technical department of companies.

. Identify new opportunities by tapping potential customers, participating in trade shows.

· Market, Business development and Customer Acquisition & penetration.

· Knowing the Customer Applications and suggesting the suitable products.

· Introducing the New Products and additives to suitable customer and taking orders and feedback the same

· Collecting their samples, evaluate and recommend.

· Interact with the R & D team to develop colors for the new leads Maintain a computerized business lead register and frequently update marketing status in it.

· To conduct trial of Master batch samples being present at customer's factory and to ensure highest level of commercialization of products

· Take trial order and continuous follow and regularized.

· Payment follow up and timely payment collection.

· Relationship building & follow-ups with regular clients to get order & developing sales from new clients.

Requirements:

· Must have good reputation and contacts in the polymer industry

· Strong knowledge of Master-batches, Additives, Pigments and Compounds

· Must be able to communicate on email with customers and colleagues within the organization.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English & one more Regional Language.

· Must be willing to travel the country over night to meet with customers and potential leads.
