Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create mock-ups/wireframes in alignment with client's requirements or given design brief.
Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional materials including direct mailings, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts.
Reading - Understanding instructions and checking the ad input material provided.
Design different types of layouts & illustrations, web design layout & typography according to brand guidelines.
Conceives ideas, concepts, and campaigns; designs, produces, works with others and coordinates in the creation of multifaceted communication materials in print, and other mediums for a variety of instructional, promotional, development, and recruitment projects.
Communicate and justify design approach to clients
Work collaboratively with development and copy teams to ensure that the final outcome matches the design brief.
Completing work based on provided guidance and with no errors.
Performing quality checks on own work before handing over to the validator.
Create User Interface designs referencing latest innovations in web technology.
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Produce visual solutions to the communication needs using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
The ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.
The ability to pay attention to detail.
The ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
Good team working skills.
Awareness of printing techniques & designs.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Sound knowledge of UI, UX & Responsive Web Design (Optional).
2-3 years of experience in designing websites, banner designing, creative graphic designing & web template designing.
Skilled at story boarding, wireframe & concept notes.
Knowledge of online marketing, social media marketing and innovative digital media.
Demonstrated ability to communicate design ideas visually, verbally and qualify design decisions.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel Draw.
Freshers with good digital understanding & designing skills are welcomed too.
