HR Recruiter

We are looking for an Recruiter- Executive to join us immediately who will be responsible for applying their resources expertise in the success of the organization by talent management, employee recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, training, operations and HR hiring best practices.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins

We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our company.

Co-ordination with the candidates.

Should be able to centralize the corporate HR Function such as Recruitment & Induction, Training & Development.
Should be able to design, define and formulate the corporate HR Policies considering the cost analysis and Implementation with proper approval of Management.
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic, Go-getter, and positive attitude
Confident, Smart & Presentable
Experience - 3 - 5 yrs.

Preferred Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi / Greater Noida

Compensation: As per industry norms. Flexible for the right candidate

Reports to: Admin & HR- Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
