Roles and Responsibilities ( Inside Sales / Backend Sales Opportunity for Female candidates,only female candidates can apply)

As Inside Sales Head, you should achieve the Leads and target and eventually these leads generate revenues for the organisation.
Plan, Participate, monitor, follow-up marketing and other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / area and end customers/ user Job description
Support and monitor the performance of the team in order to achieve their sales target.
Meeting monthly targets by penetrating the niche Leading a Team of Sales Executives for designated area.
Work in teams and scale up the existing business of our company.
Should have good experience in lead generation, inside sales, market research, etc.
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work to achieve maximum results.
Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.
Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.
Handling and guiding team of Academic Counselor to achieve monthly sales target.
Maintain the sales report of the team.
Motivating & mentoring team to achieve & exceed targets
Design & develop business models as per the location and market situation.
Conducting weekly reviews for performance & training.
Identifying the areas of improvements & KPIs
Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile :

Female Candidate having prior experience into Backend Sales or inside sale is preferred.
Prior experience of managing a team of 5-10 sales executives.
Experience in to Data Analysis; proficient with using Excel
Good Communication Skill Maintain daily stock report in DMS & Excel Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
Should possess smartness and should independently handle a team
1 year+ experience in marketing/sales is preferred
Should meet the target on monthly basis
Excellent Team Motivator Excellent and Fluent Communication Skills.
Communication fluency in English and Hindi
Performance Management
Good presentation skills and presentable
Target oriented .
Team player Candidates of minimum 1 years(Sales) exp can apply from any sector

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
