About the job

The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and build talent pipeline for our Technology and Product teams.
Responsibilities:

Drive hiring for Technology and Product roles to support fast-paced business growth.
Utilize Boolean search methodology to identify candidate profiles for niche Technology roles.
Leverage all sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards etc.
Proactively connect with top talent and reduce time to hire.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Prioritize efforts for diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:

B. Tech/ MBA from a premier College or University.
1-2 years of talent sourcing experience in a fast paced corporate or start-up environment.
Prior experience in reducing TAT for Technology roles.
Hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub etc.
Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
