Job Location- Sonipat, Haryana
Experience- 2-4 year (Proven experience e as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus)
Qualification- Graduate/ Under graduate

Salary- 12000~17000 Per Month

Job Summary

Co-ordinate with in the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the customer in case of any query.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related material.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.Sharing the dispatch details to the customer.Processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsShould have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation, draft PO.Knowledge of E waybill.Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary.Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.update Production in our company Software(CRM)Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
